The Oregon Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) lab is an applied research group working in partnership with communities to develop applied research, interventions, and policy change that promotes positive and equitable youth development.
We are particularly interested in how relationships, settings, contexts can promote empowerment for marginalized youth. The lab is at the University of Oregon in the Psychology Department and is directed by Dr. Mariah Kornbluh.
